These captivating cliffs, called “Falésias”, are geological masterpieces sculpted over millions of years. The vibrant hues of the falésias, ranging from fiery reds to rich ochres and deep oranges, are a result of the diverse mineral content within the sedimentary layers. Over the time, these layers have been exposed and shaped by the Atlantic Ocean, creating such patterns and formations.
